Tom, the Founding Member/Principal of FLC, is a leader in the Frederick County real estate industry has acted as a broker, developer and real estate professional for over three decades. A cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with an extensive education in human relations and business structures, Tom is one of a small group of professionals nationally to hold the Certified Commercial and Investment Member accreditation, the highest such certification for commercial real estate investment and market analysis. Tom’s understanding of zoning and planning issues provides a strong complement to his negotiating expertise.
Tom has served many years on the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees for the Frederick County YMCA and is a past President of its Board of Directors. In addition, he also is a member of the Board of Directors of Woodsboro Bank, a former member of the Board of Directors and currently on the Advisory Board for the Friends of Catholic Education.
Tom has lived in Ijamsville with his wife Susan for the past thirty-five years, along with their dogs Rover and Pluto. Tom’s other interests include skiing, golf, reading, and trekking around the world with his intrepid wife Suze.
