Carter has been helping clients buy and sell their homes since 2020. As the co-founder of NYLO Realty, Carter specialized in assisting real estate developers in the DMV area with buying, selling, and staging their investment properties. He was recognized by the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, awarding him the 2022 Bronze Award for outstanding sales volume. As a lifelong Frederick native, Carter possesses extensive knowledge of the Frederick real estate market, leveraging this insight to benefit his clients.
In addition to his real estate career, Carter is a full-time financial advisor at
Monocacy Wealth Management. He assists individuals and businesses with financial planning, investment management, and insurance analysis. This dual expertise in finance and real estate gives Carter a unique perspective on the financial aspects of buying a selling a home.
Carter holds a finance degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also holds a number of professional qualifications including being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
™ Professional, Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative, Maryland Life and Health Insurance Producer, and licensed Maryland/Virginia Real Estate Salesperson.
Outside of his professional life, Carter enjoys playing all kinds of sports, spending weekends visiting family, and engaging in any hobby that allows him to get outdoors. He is very active in the Frederick special needs community, volunteering with Maryland Special Olympics unified bocce, the Best Buddies Organization, The Tim Tebow Foundation, and leading the special needs ministry at his church.
